Chassis Stiffening Components
I don't know if this is in the right area or not but I was wondering what front end chassis parts you recommend to reduce oversteer in the API.
Do you recommend one of the X Brace units with an upper tie rod?
What do you all suggest?
I appreciate any assistance.

A larger front sway bar will reduce oversteer at the limit. There are a few non-adjustable ones that will suit you fine for street driving. If you're looking for a solution for autocross, there are three choices. A search on "sway bar" should give you all the reviews and such you need.
A better solution is to take yourself to a performance driving event/school and learn to drive the car correctly. Avoiding bad inputs (driving errors), you will learn to not make the common mistakes that lead to undesirable oversteer.

1. Stiffening the chassis will not reduce understeer.
2. Our suspension does not use a sway bar. I think that term was last used around 1975. The correct term is anti-roll bar (ARB).
3. Stiffening the roll-rate in the REAR of an already neutral car will make it tend to oversteer more. Stiffening the FRONT will induce more understeer.

So those products from Prestige are pretty good pieces eh? I will probably do that and then perhaps enroll in class or auto x event.
Thanks a lot.
