something wrong happened that's why it appeared... it would be a stupid idea to make your check engine light as your shift light... it's too small.. and too far from your view...

Is it just me or did the car not look like it was fully "warmed" up as in 3 bars?

If not then

umm yes it is a shift light, When watching video to your right it will say "About this video" click on (more) then it will tell you exactly what you will need to know, try it dont be afraid.
Anywhy it would be seriously dumb to dyno a car with a check engine light going off.

when using the aem ems the check engine light is no longer functional. that is why a lot of people who use the aem keep their factory ecu so they can still check for codes.

i personally have the aem and have the check engine light set up as a shift light. i have no trouble seeing it even when driving hard and find it to be very useful. i actually have it set to come on at 8500 so by the time i react to it i am shifting at 9k.

as for the car not being fully warmed up, when you use to aem the temperature gauge is no longer functional. it will always read one bar on an ap1 unless you get the modifry fix.

Oh i see now, but having the temp meter disabled sounds kinda scary, but the idea of having a oem shift like sounds nice.
