Second question now, does anybody knows if its for the alarm if it can be hooked up to an aftermarket alarm? anybody knows if it can be done whats the wire to tap?? thanks alot for the info

Modifry has something on his sight that makes the LED flash when the key isn't in the "on" position. I have it installed on my car and I like it. My point is that you could probably determine how to get it to work with an aftermarket alarm if he was able make this little device. It was only $20 and took 5 minutes to install.
