Default Cleaning Comptech Intake Filter?

Whats the best way to clean the dirt/sand off the filter? Also any advise on how to reduce the buzzing sound other then putting some foam between the intake lid and hood? Thanks

The foam filter can be cleaned with regular soap and water. Allow it to dry, then coat it with the foam filter oil. Fairly easy to do and maintain.

The easiest thing I use for the buzzing is just some window foam tape. Put on the edge of the lower housing between the top and the housing. Works well, cheap and easy to replace when it wears out.
