If anyone is concerned about cost, buy individual parts to a kit. Many places, such as www.invinca-shield.com will let you buy idividual pieces.

I am definately NOT a pro and the learning curve is short. Like I said in my previous reply, flat and edged surfaces are relatively easy. I installed the hood piece in 2 minutes. It's the curved surfaces which can be challenging. Just don't give up, keep working them, and they will adhere just fine.

If you plan to do it outdoors, which I did, just make sure it's 60 or above (indoors is preferable).

You make a slip solution (baby shampoo and water), place it on the film and the surface, then spray the 50:50 Alcohol:Water solution in one area to adhere. Commence squegeeing.

Unless you are just simply unable or unwilling to spend a couple hours doing this, go ahead and pay someone to. Otherwise you will be saving yourself lots of money.

I actually had to go to installation school (which costed a pretty penny.) Compared to other cars like say a Porsche 996 turbo which takes me a few hours to do, the s2000 is pretty easy.

That's a shame. Something to remember "next" time .................................. One of the first things I do when I buy a new car is Zaino the paint and immediately put the film on it.

Yeah...I Zaino'd like crazy before...but for some reason, I was too cheap to spend the $100+ on a bra

I actually washed the car yesterday without putting on another coat of Zaino...Now, I almost feel like giving up on keeping the car looking nice...

How much would the re-paint on those 4 panels run me?

all I can say is, I got it on my car within a few months of owning it. At the time, the only bay area installers were Detailwerkz in Campbell and I had to order the kit from Stonguard first and bring it down there to them to do it. And they needed like 2 days to do it. They did one lousy job. I would never recommend them because they suck!

Do you wash your car in the normal fashion after applying these invisible bras? How hard are they to remove if needed?
