You will not get moisture if you take your time and do it right !!

The key to this mod is to put the headlights in clamps overnight
and let them dry. I have done this on my Accord twice now and
never had them leak!!

The reason I did it twice was the second time I mounted BMW
Xenon projectors in the low beam slot of my headlight.

Now, I have Xenons and look like a S2000 at night !!!!

Good luck give it a try and if anyone lives near me in Chesapeake, Virginia I would be glad to do this for FREE !!! If I get to take a ride in your S2K !!!!

Thats a great idea, baking the head lights in the oven

So, just preheat the oven to 200F, put it in for 5 minutes ..... nothing melted? other then the glue ..

Well, just took a drive up to Austin this weekend to test out the new lights (OK, just a blatant excuse to go for a drive ) Very happy to report no condensation at all in the lights despite torrential rains on the way back home, still knockin on wood!!

Moyopoyo: Sorry, I don't have any decent pictures yet, I'll work on those and post em as soon as I get em

AccordV6: Excellent idea with the clamps!! I wish I had thought of that. If you take your time in putting them back together, I really don't think there is a large risk of leakage. Hey, you have any pictures of your accords lights?? I'd be real interested in how that looks!!

mstw: Yup, just pop em in the oven and nothing but the glue melted.......I think

There's a shop in Anaheim that will do this for you, but not for $5

Great job S2KO. Great step by step instructions and pictures on how to remove everything. This should be put in the FAQ section.
