Default Clunk sound when starting!

I have this odd sound when starting the car. It is almost as if the engine is shaking or tilting and it makes this odd clunk sound when starting. The dealer mentioned nothing in the two recent visits for services and the car has only 6k on the clock. Should I be concerened or do they all do this. I tend to be hyper sensative about noises and such and I have about a year left on the warranty so I want to maximize...

The S starts with a little bit of a "bang" for lack of a better term. It's one of the things I really like about it. Unlike any other Honda/Acura, the F20c always makes its presence known.

This is the wrong tendency to have when being an S2000 owner. You will lose a lot of sleep.

It annoys me less than my Boxster did, I am progressively giving myself over to the S2k side of the force hehe

Mine does it too, and it shakes the car briefly when you shut it down. Typical of all the Ss that I've driven.
