Do other AP2s have this problem? I certainly have the clutch buzz on my AP2. Can the dealership really do something about this considering this "feature" has been on the car since its introduction?

The clutch buzz was only an issue on MY00 and MY01. What you are experiencing must be something else.

Not so. Many owners of cars that came later have reported the clutch buzz to some degree or another. The first couple of model years were the worst.

When someone gets a new clutch disc on the TSB, they receive the newer revised disc - the same one that the newer cars get from the factory. Unfortunately, a lot of these "clutch jobs" resulted in the buzz coming back. Some say it comes back to a lesser degree while others say it doesn't come back at all. Therefore, even owners of new cars that got the revised disc from the factory can still have the buzz.
The buzz is simply the springs in the clutch disc vibrating as a result of the tranny backlash, which most of our trannies have. Some springs will amplify this vibration differently than others, so it isn't a consistent thing across the board.
