clutch proplems need advice

well today I tried to put my car into reverse and it would not go in at all, after it acutally went in reverse i started hearing some ratteling/buzzing noise comming from my car when the car is decl. it peaks at 5-4k rpm. I gave the car to the dealer and they said 1. the buzzing was normal, 2. dont worry about putting the car into reverse being so difficult. Is there any TSB or anything I can do to fix these problems? btw i have a MY00
