Default Comptech's Car No SC Check Valves :(

How come we've got to run POS check valves?

Heres a pic of Comptech's car that Ozy took at the open house

Why no vacuum lines from hell at their MAP sensor?

Maybe they've installed a billet check valve between the throttle body and the MAP sensor.

What is that hose going over top of the throttle-body's intake? Maybe they hid their check vlve underneath...

They are not using Ghostbooster. Please explain what you are seeing, RT. I dont understand. They explained that their mechanical check valve used to stick in cold weather but it was fixed now and that the electronic fix was no better than their mechanical equivalent.

Ozy, it's what I'm not seeing
In order to isolate the MAP sensor from the TB vacuum signal a blanker plate with a side tap should reside between the MAP and the TB. I don't see one, so ..........................???

For those of on the fence about the whole S/C purchase , can someone post a pic (or a link to a pic) of the "POS" check valve, so we can visibly see what the difference is (and where this valve resides)

Thanks

In that photo, there wasn't anything on it because we just threw it back together for the open house event we had on Saturday for the Accord V6 club.
