Default Control arm bolt

So I'm supposed to autocross Sunday, and I got and email, basically a reminder about the event and it had a footnote at the bottom that said check all control arms for tightness! So I just thought there must have been an incident in the past. SOO today I had my car in the shop up on the rack checking the brakes, flushing the fluid and the clutch fluid and I thought why not, grabbed my 17mm and ran around and check all the control arm bolt and wouldn't you know it, there were loose bolts! Does anyone have some input on why?

i had somehting similar while in for an alignment last week my passenger front caster bolt was found loose. The only thing we could think of was the previous alignment tech forgot to snug it.

I just did the alignment myself yesterday and it wasn't the alignment bolts it was the upper control arm bolts.....bolts that have no reason to be touched....?
