Id certainly sign... as I have a hole on the driver side, the passenger side isnt a hole... but its just about see thru right now.

I honestly wouldnt expect anything to come of it, but Id still sign it.

Wasn't this addressed when the top was slightly redesigned in the 02+ years?

I thought there was a plastic shield of some sort that was added to prevent tearing

Your petition should have limits, the signers should be current owners with a vehicle that is covered under the factory warranty.

I can't see anyone giving a crap (on the manufacturers side) about the convertible top on an 8 or almost 9 year old car.

Why? What if your car has under, say 30 K miles? Or it is completely garaged? That would be BS if they don't cover it
