[QUOTE=Mr. Eryozgatliyan,May 14 2008, 03:16 PM] Why? What if your car has under, say 30 K miles? Or it is completely garaged? That would be BS if they don't cover it

but, would an 05 with 50k be under the warranty?

I have a 3/36 (Bumper, Certified Used, from date of purchase) and a 7/100 (power train)

no, you're over mileage on the bumper to bumper.

Well, unless the 36k is from what the used clock stated. so whatever was there when you bought it +36k and the three years is from your DOP (maybe a month ago) so that date + 3 years.

this petition would fall on def ears anyways. not trying to be pesimistic but thats just what i think will happen.
Its not so much just a petition - its getting organized to know how many people have this problem, then maybe litigating on it.

This would go beyond any warranty issue - this would be more about demonstrating that its a design defect, it has been known for many years, and many owners suffer from it, with Honda sometimes covering its repair, sometimes not.

My top begins to show wears on the usual spots like most other people in here. I am trying to find materials to wrap around the frame to reduce further wear.

If someone started a petition, I am 100% down.
