Covers Screw Holes for Front Lic Plate?

Does anyone know how I can cover up the 4 screw holes on the front bumper? I don't intend on putting on the plate, but the holes look bad.

You should be able to get a set from your dealer, or HandA accesseries, a board sponser here.
