Default Cracked headlight, looks like it's not Stongard's fault

I was washing my car a couple of weeks ago, and I checked out my right headlight, and I noticed all the tiny cracks in it. It's not visible from the front, but when you walk to the side of the car, it looks like the light has been sandblasted. My driver's side headlight is perfectly fine. I'll be bringing it in to be replaced Saturday, along with my bumper with peeling paint. Hopefully neither of them will be a hassle. I wonder if the Stongard actually caused SCS2k's headlights to crack, because if they didn't, that's gotta be awful luck to get 2 defective headlights.

Both of my headlights have done this as well. I will be into the Honda dealership in the next day or two to see why and if it will be covered under warranty.

It could be stoneguard's fault?

Polycarbonate plastics can react in funny ways to certain solvents glues.

Xpel guarantees to protect your headlights from cracks or free replacement (4 years). They reiburse you up to your deductable amount.

I guess I'll never use it since I have $0 deductable comprehensive.

When the search engine comes back up, look for stoneguard and guarantees...companies can print whatever they want, but getting them to actually ABIDE by it is another story. Caveat Emptor!

MacGyver, I didn't know g-s2k was on his 3rd set of lights! Guess I should have said that it's not necessarily Stongard's fault.
