Loading the shifter is applying pressure to the shifter in the direction of the next gear while under full acceleration...then when you press in the clutch it pops into that gear and makes the shift a few milliseconds faster...

Loading the shifter was also described by Woodwork as a way to eliminate the notchy shifting characteristics of some cars.

HAHAH, I'm waiting!!!

I already bought it, should be arriving soon. I'll see if i feel any difference and the sound, I'll try to get a clip.
