Does anyone know of a good shop in san francisco or close to frisco, to get this done?
I don't wanna take it to a shop where they might mess up. If anyone knows of a shop in the area i could go to today, I would appriciate it.

Thanks, ed

YES ! Just got mine Resonator-ectory done at lunch. Nice little increase in volume with a good tone from 3500 to VTEC and back down. Not much difference at idle and I'd say about 5 pounds weight savings too.
Will have to check at highway speeds this afternoon.

Thanks guys I got my S mod fix for the week, cheap too.

Just got my resonator-ectomy done for $40 in san francisco. Sounds great! Deeper tone with the comptech ice-box.
I didn't want a full exhaust since it is my daily driver and I commute about 100 miles a day!

Thanks for the tip guys!

Gentlemen...thanks for this GREAT info. This is exactly what I am looking for. I'll have my secretary/assistant fit the "Resonator-ectomy" in between seeing patients tomorrow. Surely, she'll be at a loss when I tell her "resonator-ectomy". Think I'll let her wonder about that "procedure" for a while.

You can add my name to the list of satisfied customers who've had the resonator removed (Ripley's Exhaust & Brakes @FM1960 in Houston - very nice job, highly recommended).

Hi John,

Could you be a "little" more specific about where this place is on FM1960? FM1960 runs from Hwy 290 on the west end to the east side of Lake Houston and more. That's a sizable chunk of real estate.

Thanks!
Drive Safe,
Steve R.

absolutely not. Cruising at 80 or above and not on the throttle all you hear is the wind and engine noise that has always been there.

A couple questions.

My dad has a MY03 and mine is a MY01. I notice a difference in his exhaust note over mine. It's a little deeper from the factory. Will i notice it more because mine is MY01? Does this void the warrenty? Did you guys need appointments?

Thanks
