"Every other car is just boring to drive"

I disagree, after DDing an AP1 (ftw) for 2 months every other car feels like steering a boat. I dunno about you guys but steering a power boat is fun. I also get a kick outta the tilt that other cars have when turning corners.

The first thing that made me go "Whoa!" about the S was the first turn I took during the test drive. Never knew such a fast response was even possible...

I drive my s2000 almost everyday, only have a 10-12 minute drive to work. So even though I'm driving everyday, the miles are not piling up. Every other car is just boring to drive.

But I do have a backup car for when it is icy/snowing. I'm looking to buy a WRX for winter...if anyone has a lead for something under 9k I'd be thrilled.
just buy like an '02 or something. as long as the car wasnt obviously beat to hell, it will be fine. dont be afraid of miles on those cars. my buddy just picked up an '02 with 186k on it, and god strike me dead if i'm lying, but that car drives like its rand new and the engine is perfect. he paid 6800 for it

Yeah, I look at cars and I'm like... jeez, how fast are they going. I also remember how my Jeep used to do the same thing. The S is definitely one of my favorite cars of all time and daily driving it is a-ok to me.

I've been daily driving mine for the last two years after selling my beater. I couldn't be happier.

A 12-mile daily commute round trip helps, t00!

I've been daily driving mine for almost 8 years. My work commute is a whopping 20 miles PER WEEK. The car's still practically new, only 38k miles total.
