[QUOTE=Poindexter,May 25 2005, 06:26 PM] He made an apology to AJ Racing, and changed his thread title to indicate that too.

[QUOTE=Will,May 24 2005, 02:50 PM]If this is such a hassle, and you suspect the package was taken from your doorstep after delivery, that's what you have homeowners/renters insurance for.

Don't worry. Everything is settled it's all good.
Settled as in the original mistake in posting being fixed or did AJR step up when it had no responsibility to do so and solve the overall issue? If so, I'd love to hear how and to AJR.

AJR stepped in and has filed the claims papers so now the question lies in do I get a lawyer or not to get the other 1200 or is it not worth the pain

How did you pay? Cash, check, paypal, credit card via paypal?

If you used a credit card, you can dispute the charge and get your money back that way.

If you didn't use a credit card, then this is another lesson... always use your credit card so you can dispute the charge if the transaction goes bad.

IT IS THE SELLERS DUTY TO MAKE SURE THAT AN ITEM GETS TO THE CUSTOMER IN SAFETY. ITS CALLED "CUSTOMER SERVICE"

I DONT WANNA HAVE TO BE THE ONE TO ASK QUESTIONS TO "MAKE SURE" MY ITEM IS "GOING TO BE SAFE".... ESPECIALLY A 1800.00 ITEM AT THAT.

THAT SHOULD BE UNDERSTOOD. ANYONE WHO DOES BUSINESS WOULD KNOW THAT. THATS JUST REALLY CHEAP AND HORRID.

I WOULD OPEN UP A CAN IF I WAS MIDNIGHT.....
