Dealer called for me to pick color
#11
This dealer is in the midwest. I am here on the West Coast.
The only person that could check the mileage for me is a guy who works at a competing dealership that got me in touch with a roommate of his who works at the other Honda dealership in town.
My sales rep. is out of town so one of his colleagues called me up telling me to pick out a color. Said he'd probably get it in April. Originally, it was verbally agreed that I'd get the car in July which was perfect.
I had to put down a $550 non-refundable deposit.
They've been really nice so far, but who the hell knows when they have the car in their possession.
They offered freely to hold it for me; said it'd be "no problem." Now they may be nice, but if these guys have to pay for holding the car, that'd be a stupid way to do business, unless they wanted to be really nice.
If the S2000 sits for two months, what should be done to make sure it's all ok? Leave the spring spacers in? Etc.?
