Dealer nightmare

Also, no mention of rear diff fluid change. Isn't that standard @ 30k?

Regarding the diff fluid change ..............................
MY GAWD NO!
They didn't get the engine oil right. Don't let them screw up the diff fluid as many dealers have done and resulted in ruined diffs.
Yes, diff fluid should be changed annually or every 15K miles.

My dealer didn't think there is a diff in my car.
And they managed to put 15miles on my car, and didn't top off the coolant reservior after a flush. At least they didn't crash my car, and I'm driving it today!! Not going back there though...
5w20 is becoming a common oil for Honda, and for Ford as well. The 2003 SVT Cobra came with it, but it was the synblend made by Conoco, and is actually quite good.
5w30 is not equivalent to 10w30. It has more polymeric thickeners, is more volatile, and likely to shear down. In almost every particular case, given the choice between a 10w30 and a 5w30, the 10w30 is preferred, since it will be more stable, and likely slightly higher in vis at 100degC.
That dealer is horrible - they are nitwits. When they have a car in they do not -service much, they should be extra vigilant, not act like biz as usual.

0w20 is for the Hybrid's, Insight, and Civic. All other new Honda's besides the S use 5w20.
The POS Passport also burns 10w30.
The dealer could have screwed up the paperwork, or used the wrong oil. Since there is no easy way to check what they used, get it redone. There are good and bad dealers everywhere, for every manufacturer. Finding the good ones is the hard part.
