Dealership called and....
Yeah I am hoping I can get them down. If I cant I will pass and look for something else. Im more curious If i could roll in there show them other Dealership prices/ or KBB and have them match or at least lower it. Think that would work?
My friend recently bought a very clean 2004 w/50k mi. on it for 15k +ttl.
Olympia Wa. dealership. Shoot, look at our own cars for sale section on the forums here and you will see way better deals than that.

that does seem very high.
i paid 17k for my 05 with 38k miles,
dealers are shady.
go with private party if possible. paperwork and such is more of a hassle but overall will be worth it.
the car i bought was from the original owner, he had all the original paperwork, window sticker etc, plus a complete history of maintenance. also had the car checked out for any signs of paintwork. there were none. so yeah, i'd say that car is at least $3500 over priced.
oh, and if you want an ap1, get an ap1. don't settle for something you don't want. you will regret it soon after. especially since ap2 is more spendy than ap1, and especially since this ap2 is $3500 overpriced. i still regret not holding out for gpw.
