i dont think theresa writeup on it but i can tell u how to do it. When u have the headlight apart, look at the half of the headligth which has the ballast and the hid bulb in the housing. U will see a gray cover which covers the hid bulb, u have to turn it to pop it off. Once u get that off u unclip the hid bulb. The hid bulb housing is screwed into the back of the projector part. u have to unscrew 2 screws in the back to separate them. Once u seperate then u will see the sheild right behind the prjector. U unscrew the sheild and u will see 2 "nipples" behind it. you add 1 or 2 washers behind it or however many u want and then screw back on the shield and put it back together. test it out though after u put on the washers to make sure its still got a sharp cutoff and the color your looking for. Sorry if its a little confusing but once u have it apart u will get the idea.

 

so does this need to be done with the headlight apart...like in the oven on 275 and pop the glass out...or can i just pull the headlight off the car and do it?

if you need to bake the light to do this...how do you test it with the light still apart?
