Does anybody else have a problem with the dipstick, it seems like i cant get a consistent reading. Ill pull it once and it will say full, pull it again and it says low.
is there a trick to the dipstick?
One thing I've always heard if you want a warm reading is to pull the dipstick when you first get out of the car and leave it out for a few minutes. That will let the oil settle out of the shaft so it doesn't affect the reading when you reinsert the stick.

2-3 seconds is enough to get the right reading.

As stated above, always check it when it's cold, just like your tire pressures.
