i was debating the same thing.
i did some looking around and it seems to get decent gains you've got to throw down a good amount of money.
so i decided to not get it.

It all comes down to what the goals are for your car. If you want to squeeze a couple more hp and make your car sound louder for $399, then by all means go for it.

You could even gain some more hp with a tune

I never modded my s2000 because I never found any of cost effective. Nothing really gave enough HP for the money to be worth it to me.

if you have the money to throw around and have nothing better to spend it on i say go for it. If cash is a little tight and you could probally use it for something else, I would say spend it on something more worth while.

ricks header for $700 6hp 6 trq

the J's is the best header but a bit more expensive

basically n/a is expensive and not a lot of horsepower might as well go turbo for the money and double your hp

I've got an aftermarket header. It really smoothed out the mid range and added some kick. The only thing I miss is the initial transition into VTEC. It is very smooth through the whole power band without the big kick.

Spend the money on a VAFC or better yet a Greddy Emanage Ultimate. The OEM header is really quite good and has an excellent heatshield that most aftermarket headers do not have.

I have the Rick's header and I do like it. If money isn't a problem, get one.
