Yes, I'd have to agree, their customer service is very poor and unprofessional. I have had bad experience with them as well. They quoted me a certain price on the exhaust which I drove all the way to their location to pay for it and once I got there, I had to make a routine stop to pull out some extra money because they made a mistake on the quote! Overall, their parts are good quality, just the service is unsatisfactory.

If you paid by credit card, call them and explain your problem. It's against the law, or at least in the eyes of all banks to have a "no return" policy if a vendor accepts their credit cards. I had the same thing happen with a computer I bought which didn't work. I'll explain what I did...

I attempted to return the PC to the company, via UPS so it could be tracked. Make sure to keep all the shipping documentation. They refused the shipment saying that their policy was that all purchases are "final sale." I contacted my credit card, Visa, who asked me to send them all the paperwork so it could be researched. After a month or two, they credited my credit card the amount of the PC. I still ended up with posession of the computer because the computer company never contacted me. So, with my money back, after ninty days I was able to do whatever I wanted with the computer. I gave it to a neighbor who was able to use it for parts.

In a nutshell, your bank will know if they can help you. Contact your credit card and ask them if you have any options. There is a time limit, so do it as soon as you can.

Just goes to show how a basically good product can be ruined by crappy customer service.

Good luck with getting your problem resolved one way or another.
