I do this Sometimes when it's cold or the wind noise becomes unbearable. It's a bad angle, but It's the only Pic I have Top down Tinted windows up. (The Film on the fron of the car was for Rock chip prevention)

 

I can definatly see at night, just not to well

To be more specific, I can see most things but it is hard to make out details like curbs and what not. Thing is, it doesn't matter to much becuase you should keep your eye on the road (windshield) and since that isn't tinted I have no problem at night.

Only bad thing is trying to back up using the side mirrors. If it is a really dim area I sometimes have to roll my windows down.

But for the stealth look....it is all worth it
