top down if in view and it isn't too hot. Never top down at work -- away too long from the car. Dropping into a store for maybe 15 minutes, top down.

Every time I'm top down and away from the car, the doors are locked and everything is in the storage bin and locked.

The car is just gorgeous top down on a sunny day. Hard to beat it for looks. Yup, I exchanged a little security for vanity on some nice summers days.

Hope never to find a "dump" left in my car. Man, that sucks big time.

top up, i figure the shelf life of the interior regarding sun damage is limited, so i want to enjoy all those moments while my interior is spoiling, also it is safer and less inviting to leave the top up. stuff out of sight at all times, invites nobody to try and take anything, thank you for that radio door.

HELL NO!

Why? So someone can come by and swipe something? So a bird shits on my interior? So some other debris gets in my car or ruins something? So some jackass hops inside thinking he's the next Mario Andretti?

If I'm not in the car, the top is up and everything is locked.

Only when I can see the car or I'll only be gone for a few minutes. It's amazing how many people come by and peek in. Almost enough to make me worry.

I learned my lesson. I used to put the top down when I was away. Then one day I was coming back and saw some punks leaning into my car. They were taking it out of gear and lowered the e-brake. They saw me running up to then and got in there car and drove away. My car rolled into a parking lot light and f*$ked up my quarter panel. By the time I finally caught up to then I realized I was out numbered and going to get my a$$ whooped if I tried to do something.

Moral of this expensive story...Don't leave your top down. There is always someone who is going to be jealous of a new car.

Sometimes I hate life!!!

I never leave the car with the top down.

1.Its challenging & attractive for kids (small & big) to ''play'' around with your car.
2. The sun is boiling your interior, when you return its even hard to drive with your burning back & a$$.
3. Birds can freely sh.... your dashboard, console, seats etc etc....
4. A big bug can find a place to breed inside your car or even suddenly appear when encountering another car, scare the sh.. out of you and get you killed.
5. A new specie can be discovered inside your car in unexpected rain, called the S-fish.
6. Even with the lighter burst of air you have a sandy look for your interior.
7. With a heavier sudden burst of air, you may find no space for you inside your car unless you remove papers, cans, feathers, small animals, s .... etc.

Is still anyone going to live his car with the top down ?
