I keep mine outside all the time - it really just depends on where you live.

Sup,
See i sold my hatch for these reasons because of theft. I would get full coverage of course i had full coverage on my hatch as well. I live in Orlando, FL where theives live and prey on hondas non stop. I am looking at it this way the car is gonna be covered and the most someone really is gonna steal are the seats which ill get the seat locks an a great alarm or lo-jack. It sucks not having a garage i always use to have one and i miss it so much now. The first mod is gonna be a hardtop so hopefully ill feel a little better. I had another question how good is the factory anti-theft on the s2k? The imbobilizer? I mean i am sure they still get stolen but just not as easy as a civic or integra. If i had a garage i think i would be maybe getting a Type R that was my original Dream car but it wouldnt last outside and i honestly dont think it would really last anywhere. Thanx alot keep the opinons coming helping out a lot peace.

You may also like to put a car cover over the top of it when you are not driving it. Some people may just ignore it if the don't see what car it is, others may just assume it is a Miata and leave it alone

I park outside and I don't really care much about it. If people cut my top, so be it. If they want my seats too, then go ahead. Thats what insurance is for. I'm looking to replace my plastic window with a glass one anyways. I'd use the insurance moeny for the seats and get aftermarket ones, and be done with it. No need to overstress yourself because of a car.

Sup,
Exactly insurance would cover that theft issue with the seats without a problem. I really want a hardtop not just for the theft standpoint because i think its looks 100x's better also. I should stress out about a car but believe me i do way too much to be honest. Thanx alot peace
