Maybe not this S but I hope to pick up a lower mileage one someday and keep that one.

Why not take care of the one you already own?

if you pick up a low mileage s2k, are you just going to stare at it while it sits in the garage?

Forever is a long time, but have no plans to sell my 03.I don't like driving the same car all the time, that's why I have a mix of different style horses.

Just got the wifey a new '13 Accord V6 to go with her '02 CRV.

We have a car for every season, use.

I'd bet 95%+ of people saying they will never sell it will in fact sell it. I once said if keep it forever but have now been looking for an upgrade, c6 z06, lotus Exige, cayman S etc.
If be very surprised if keep the S after getting one of those.

Ah, but the question is, “Do you plan on keeping your S forever?” Yes, I do plan to keep my S forever, but my plans don't always pan out. I also planned to be fully retired at 50 – didn't happen (had to settle for 3 days a week). Forever is longer than I or the car will last, but I do plan to keep it for as long as we're both functioning. If it outlasts me, my son will have to decide whether or not to keep it (with my ashes in the trunk ). Some say they want to buried in their S. I wish my remains could be converted to fuel and then my S could consume me.

Other cars will come and go, but I think this CR is a keeper – forever!

agreed, but reason why people sell it is because starting family, pussy whip, relocating or upgrading.
my next car will be either a m3,s4,mini or r32 golf, but no matter what i am still keeping the S because i went through hell just to get it and even dropped out of university to get it, so if something happens to it I'll still get another one in the same color but ap2.

I voted yes and that is my intention but sometimes you just never know. I will say the fact that I have a low mileage CR inclines me even more to keep it for years and years to come, in addition to the car no longer being produced. Time will tell but I do love my S and can't ever seem to find a car that feels the same way for the price.
