Do you store your S2000 during Winter?
Hello guys,
For curiosity
How many of you store the S2000 during Winter? What precautions do you have to store and also when take it back to the road?
In Portugal we are lucky with the weather so we can use the car during all year.

Mine goes in storage before the roads are salted and stays in storage until the first soaking rain after the roads are no longer salted. About 6 months.
- Wash/wax/leather conditioner
- Oil change prior to storage
- Fuel stabilizer is added and the gas tank is filled
- Tires are inflated to 40 PSI
- Battery is connected to a tender
- Cotton balls soaked in peppermint oil are placed in trunk, interior and under the hood
- Top left unlatched
- Cover and walk away for 6 months

Have no clue what the peppermint oil is used for. I know guys who use dryer sheets or mothballs in RVs over the winter and claim they keep rodents out.

This was my driveway in march of this year, so I think you can see why I store the car.

store it in my garage - Late Nov - early May.
Do a lot the stuff above and-
Leave hood and trunk up - critters feel more comfortable in closed spaces.
If you eat in the car ( I don't) clean it thoroughly, a French fry under the seat will bring the little devils in
