Just a note, I bought my S last year with 73000 miles on it. It now has 73800 miles on it. That shows you how often I drive it.
Why did you buy it at all then? Are there specific circumstances that prevent you from driving the car?

And S2000 to Viper is an odd change.

Fuel economy isent that bad in a viper.. mainly due to the insainly tall 6th gear. My dad has owned 4 vipers over the last 10 years and i believe he was able to manage around 30mpg on the highway.

I've driven a Ram SRT10 that that has the viper engine on it. It's a beast, lots of torque. Never drove it in any twisties since it's a truck, but I could imagine how fun (and dangerous) it would be driving the car.

Nah. No circumstance at all. I just feel bad because the guy before me put 50,000 on it in 2 years. Im telling you, he used this car as a daily and watever else. I guess I feel bad cause he drove it to the bone. It's completely registered and insured, but I want to enjoy it too. I can see where you say it's odd, but are there any roadsters that put more power down than the S and that are american or japanese and will not cost more than 20-30k? I dont like Porsche cause they look like frogs. LOL. The Z3 is TINY!!! Any 2 seaters?

Wow... talk about two different kind of cars! Personally I would buy a cheap AP1, then pick up a Z06 for when I wanted some serious speed. A viper just makes too little sense to me. Corvettes are a better buy and can give you just as much performance.

Oh and a boosted S2000 is no match for a Viper or Z06. One glance at the torque curve tells the whole story. Then there is the ability to actually put the power down. I absolutely love my S2000, but it's not Viper.

I know a boosted S is a sick thing, especially since it will be able to put the power down well and maintain it due to it being lighter. Im just doing cost analysis and and length of time for enjoyment of the power.

just get an NSX and call it a day.. I would if I had the funds.. After riding in one, I would gladly sell the S and pick up an NSX..

But it's not a roadster. It's coupe. I have thought about the NSX and it is a sweeettt ride, but there is nothing like having the option of a soft top like miatas, S2000, Porsche etc. It's just awesome being able to go top down or up if it rains in and emergency. A hardtop would be great but if it rains and you dont have it you're gonna get wet. LOL.

If you just want to accelerate like a bat outa hell...take the motorcycle safety course and buy a slightly used Yamaha R1 or Honda CBR1000RR....You only need 180 hp to blow the doors off anything street legal on 4 wheels.
