An important note with the buildup of the AEM drift car (if you ever want to get into competition that is) is that they swapped the s2000 electronic assisted steering rack for a regular power assisted rx7 (fd3s) steering rack. The reason is that the stock S rack does not have as tight of a steering angle from lock to lock (good for racing, bad for drifting) so you can not recover and control as deep of an angle.
Also keep in mind that stiffer suspension is not always better for drifting. While it may make it easier to break traction with power over, you want some body roll to help with transfering the weight off your rear wheels for a more fluid transition. Practice initiating a drift with either breaking (transfering weight to front wheels just as you turn in) or with a scandinavian flick (quick left before turning right) to swing the tail out.
Above all else practice somewhere safe first, and always have room for a margin of error.

initiating the drift by creating over steer with out breaking or powering over is hard as hell with this car (quick left before turning right to swing the tail out) it seems like you need to be at higher speeds to accomplish this......any suggestions ?

easiest way to learn drifting - snow and rain; and it helps to have 225 wide snow tires in the back
