Drive ending in me hanging upside down
This is bad news car wise but importantly you are ok. Expect more comments and support from the UK board members as RubyRashel just pointed this out to me and I set a link up for you.
Take it easy and look after yourself.

wow, thank god ur ok. i'm in va also and i also had an accident this weekend. ice also involved. luckly i just went off the side of the road into a snow bank not traveling very fast at all. no damage to the car. i feel ur pain. its def a scary moment when ur car is just out of control. hope u get everything worked out...
Scary, but you get to walk away and you can get a new car (4x4 made of marshmallow)
Really glad you're OK though, We get really bad conditions in Scotland too I remember seeing a car in front of me go into and embankment sideways, one snowy day.
Can happen to anyone in any car, so don't feel bad. We all wish you well
