F'ck it.

1. Purchase the dual you think looks best

2. Cut it after the ~ Y ~ pipe on the unused side

3. Weld a plate (or something) to seal the unused side off

4. Weld your exhaust back together at the ~ Y ~

5. Bam... No rice, yet functional single exhaust with a TRUE dual look

That's what'd I do. Now that I think about it, it seems like a pretty good idea. But like what's-his-face said, you might possibly negate the few HP increase you'd receive by adding the extra dead weight.

* Best part is... if your functional side muffler ever took crap on you, you would have (in a sense) a brand new muffler on the other side to replace it with!! *
That has got to be the most idiotic and riciest mod evar. This is for a S2000, not a 1990 civic hatch.

trivium, no need to insult anyone. Slippyfist was just trying to help and give an idea unlike yourself (witch sounds ok). Forums are to help those with questions not ridicule ideas. If you can't help in any way then don't post at all.

I guess I sounded too harsh. No harm was intended.
But modifications like that (which nobody in their right mind should do, completely ruin the s2k.
Sure, it gains more hp than stock. But so does removing your whole exhaust.

Don't do it. Like mentioned before, one will always be dirty and the other clean. Plus with a single, you're going to get the tip blacker faster.
