Yeah, two guys there were rather surprised by my dyno... but they didn't seem to think there was anything "wrong" with the numbers.

Your car may just be a "freak" and have a really strong motor.

So maybe this type of dyno typically reads high, but...

Man, 233.7whp with just I/E and testpipe! I am piss because i just wide band dyno tuning vafc2 on my car yesterday with Intake, rs*r exhaust, comptech tp, and rick's header and i got only 202.4whp safe tuned after 10 runs on a dynojet. My car got to 210.8whp on a third run but the a/f ratio was way off, 4th run downed to 207whp but the a/f ratio is a little better but still off. So after 10 runs i settled for 202.4whp with a perfect a/f ratio that i wanted. Off course if i waited for the engine to cool down a little longer and do another couple more runs i think i could get somewhere 206-208whp with a right a/f ratio. Better be safe than be sorry

I Heard Mustang dyno's read high above 200hp, and become a little unaccurate. Dyno Pack FTFW...

you have that compeletly backwords.

from lowest to highest:

Mustang
dynojet
DD
Dynapack

back when i was a 221rwhp on the mustang dyno, i was over 250rwhp on a dynapack. but really its all in who/how the dyno is set up. ANY dyno can read high low, it just depends on the setup.
