Yes, local HouStook is making a harness. I just know that with the good fuel mapping the VTEC smooths out, not because of VTEC controlling. Yours seems very smooth.

I'm sure that fuel mapping will help but after we bumped VTEC engagement, we didn't really adjust anymore fuel curves.

Derryck,

I have family in S.Florida, and I'm gonna be down for the holidays. Do you guys do installs, or just sell the parts?

The mechanic who did all of the fabrication and install is here locally. He can do it all. You can contact him (Dwight) at Speedcraft at (904) 276-9720 or if you have any questions you can call me at (904) 994-1048.

What kind of warranty does the kit have? If something goes wrong does the consumer have to work it out with the parts manufacturer or will Speedcraft make everything "better"?

Warranty for what? Obviously a tuning issue would not be a 'warranty' issue so I guess you're talking about hardware in which case everything that is not fabricated should be covered under manufacturers warranty. As far as how that warranty claim is handled, I can't tell you and I don't want to speak on behalf of Speedcraft on this.

Nice comparison graphs guys!

Any chance you (W and D) could try some in-one-gear tests on a level straight road? Something like 40-60 MPH in 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th 6th, one at a time. And / or 60-80 MPH in 3/4/5/6? This would really give us an idea of the engine elasticity, especially in the higher gears, and you could even crunch numbers to guesstimate an approximate car length difference if they had been run side by side. Geez I'm always testing stuff! BTW figures are available for a stock stook. Oh and try a 15-100 MPH rolling start, figures are in SCC. Any interest?

Stan

I'm game if Wes is, we would just need to hash out ahead of time exactly what we're doing so we're on the same page. Wes?
