But I do think that 230rwhp naturally aspirated would be enough to keep me content. If I could do it while remaining street legal, reliable, and not louder than hell, even better.
I am with you bro... I would love to someday SC or turbo this thing, but if I could get to 230rwhp NA and only spend medium cheese, I would be plenty content.

When I hit 30 yrs of age, the M's and Carrera's come to mind, assuming no wifey or kiddies infringe on my plans...

219rwhp on a stock 2004 S2000, on a Dynojet. 209.5rwhp when normalized/corrected for temperature, pressure and humidity.

yeah i woulda definately made higher numbers than 207 if it wasn't for the major humidity and heat, but 219 whp stock? that's hard to believe the drive train only loses that much hp that's what only 12% loss? please post the graph of that

That's 219 uncorrected. It was a cold, foggy day, at sea level. The engine loves those conditions. So it's not a matter of less drive train loss--it's a matter of the engine putting out more power when it's cool, wet and sea level.

That's why the only meaningful comparison is a "corrected" number, showing the dyno normalized for temperature, pressure and humidity.

209.5 corrected is an entirely normal corrected number for an AP2. Uncorrected numbers are largely meaningless.
