I don't know that the Dyno Dynamics reads THAT much lower than a dynojet. I had my car dyno'd on a Dyno Dynamics and put down 205.4whp with just a K&N drop in filter and radiator cooling plate (so, basically stock). Based on some people that were there and had previously dyno'd on a dynojet with the same set up, we figured the Dynamics was reading about 3-4% lower. Based on the fact that most AP2 owners are claiming around 210whp or so stock, my numbers seem right on target.

Man, it looks like you got cheated on those #'s. I guess the dyno really was reading low. Even still, I bet on another machine, they'd look better.

I'm guessing that shop had the Dynojet conversion turned on, which basically converts the hp number to what it would be on a Dynojet. Dyno Dynamic dynos read much lower than 3-4% lower than a Dynojet, even Mustang dynos read lower than that. I know this dyno I was on was calibrated correctly by the DD factory setup guy only about 1-2 months ago when it was purchased brand new.

The operator that got 205 could have had shootout mode (Simulate crank HP) or the ramp rate setup wrong. Of the gear calculation off. As I recall we used something around 86.6x.

Here is my stock 2006 DD Chart.
