This happens once in a while more of a nuisance than anything. Sometimes when I turn off the car and go to get out, the beep beep beep sounds comes on even though I don't have my lights on or anything like that. If this happens, I can't use my key fob to lock the doors. If I put the key back on and swith the ignition on without pushing the start button and then switch off and remove it, this glitch goes away.

 

Do you have a car alarm? I don't remember my car beeping before I had my alarm installed.
