Engine bay getting filthy...how do you clean it?

I can't say for sure, but M3's looks like the stainless steel cover kits you can buy for about $35 at most autoparts stores like Pep Boys or Autozone. On Rick's, it looks like a true steel belted hose for the radiator and silver paint on everything else.

Disassemble the whole engine bay and clean the pieces one by one - polish and wax each piece depending on what it is made of. Stay away from Armor All for the plastics.
