Found some information on the site about this, but are there any drawbacks to adding the damper? I cant see any logically. The only thing may be the mounting poits of the damper itself. They may be under duress from the constant push and pull.

Those of you who already have this, have you see any negative effects?

I really can't tell a difference with the thing on, nothing got better, but nothing got worst. IMHO, it's not really worth it.

its just a bling piece.....and a bi*ch to install because it was made for RHD cars

 

They made new ones for LHD.

 

hehe... isn't it supposed to be a *torque* damper?

Somehow I don't see why an S2000 would need one.

 

I had a local S2k friend drive my car after we installed the damper and he said shifting was easier. BTW I didnt run into any problems with the install like other people have.
