I bought that pre paid legal program and had my first chance to use it several months ago for a speeding ticket. The attorney went to court and the bottom line is that I still had to pay court costs, still was fined for the ticket and still had to take a court ordered defensive driving course but no points were accessed against my license. The ticket was for 46mph in a 25mph zone and my driving record is clean except for one other ticket 3 years ago. BTW, I went to court on my own on that ticket 3 years ago and worked out the same deal with the Judge. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE PRE PAID LEGAL SERVICE.
