Default Exhaust Question

I recently switched from an Invidia to a T1R 63 V2 with testpipe. The car sounds a lot better now (a lot less drone) but for some reason it seems like the car has lost some power. I dont feel like I've gained any power or responce from the engine. I am supercharged (ct w/ac) on stock boost, boosting at 5psi (i checked) so I am not sure if that has anything to do with the feeling of lost power. I mean if I took out the cat, that reduces backpressure (right???) and I'm not sure if that affects the engine in a negative way. I will try putting the cat back in if anyone thinks that would help, but i'm just looking for some feedback or any advice anyone can provide.

Thanks in advance

its probably just in your head, but the wierd thing about it is, it usually works the other way around by people thinking they gain power

Loud = power! Being less loud.. seems like you lose power. If anything you might have gained power.

must be in your head? give it couple days your body to reset the brain.
Especially going from invidia to t1r. Sound fact may counted alot in your brain to give false signals.
