Been toying with getting a new stainless steel exhaust for a while but really didnt want a 'boy-racer' one. I ordered a new Cobra exhaust from www.exhaustsuk.com as it was advertised as a 'subtle' sound.
To cut a long story short, after installing it, I phoned the company and said I was not happy wth it as it was too loud. I drove to their workshops where they fitted me a custom made exhaust which, again was not the subtle noise I was after, so they made me a 3rd custom made system. Nice. Using my car as a template, they can now offer 3 different types of exhausts ranging from track loud to a nice subtle sound slightly louder than the standard exhaust with a nice raspy vtec noise. Also the power is up, especially mid-range. The way this company acted to get me the exhaust I wanted was brilliant. Just thought I would put the word out.
They are based in Sheffield, but also do mail order.
