Default Experience Mounting Grill Cover on Inside of Front Grill

Like many others I like the added radiator protection the Front Grill Cover offers and want to purchase one.

However, I was hoping to minimize the grille cover appearance by mounting it on the back of the front bumper........ie: take the front bumper off and mount it on the back of the S2k grille then re-attach the bumper

I posed the question to both Grille-Tech and Coastal Medals (manufacturers of grille covers) and both of them didn't think their product would mount nor fit correctly on the backside.

Knowing that lots of creative, helpful, and ingenious S2k owners exist in our community, I figured I would see if anyone has tried mounting the grille cover on the backside or has a solution or recommendation to make it work.

Thanks

I'm looking to do the same thing. I want to keep the look the same. I like the black louvers in front. I've seen some behind the louver screens. One I liked was a sheet of screen from Home Depot cut to fit. Haven't gotten to the store yet as it's Summer, roads are clogged getting over the bridge, and the store is about an hour away. Let ya see it if I ever get it done.
