Check out PPBB.org, rennlist.org, 6speed.com, and renntech.com for technical stuff. If you do you own work, cost of ownership isn't too bad. Enjoy.

P.S. if you got one with the revised engine with direct injection and without the IMS, watch your oil consumption carefully.

can you really put the top down while moving in a boxster? i saw a vid where he did it at like 35 mph

Not that I'm a big fan of mag racing, but the new Boxster S (with dual clutch and launch control) did 0-60 in 4.2 seconds....

The porsche website states the boxster S is 5.0sec to 60.

've had the Porsche for a couple of weeks now and the comparison is interesting. There may be a slight handling edge to the Porsche but the biggest difference is that it inspites more confidence...easier to drive fast than the S2000. No worries about the snap oversteer. I think you have to be a better driver to drive the S2000 near its' limits.

Tha Boxster S is faster and the quality of materials is better, not that the the S2000 is cheaply made. The Porsche should be better it stickered for $70k.
