UPS delivered a door to me and the box was labled this way up, and do not lay on sides. They left it at my doorstep upside down and leaning on it's side and the thing was so damaged that I could never use it.

It took them 3 months to finally pay me.

your seller should give you a full refund then, but its not likely to happen again. send it back and get your new one sent. i would only be contacting our seller and let them deal with the hassle, if they dont then call visa and cancel your payment.

I dont believe I have to resort to calling Visa to get my money back, Greg has been helping me out, hopefully it doesn't get that far.
I would wait for a new one if I had a current roof. Most likely i might just be sending this back and hope there's none of those hidden costs listed in the fine print.. restocking fee, etc etc.. So only thing i'm waiting for now is the confirmation from the seller that i would get all of my money back.

I think rims would be ok, its sensitive items like carbon fiber or fiberglass that you should be worry about. Either way, fedex's customer service has pushed me to not deal with them ever.

Me and greg handled the issue on our own since we both will probably lose out more if we handle it through fedex. We have worked out a deal that benefits us both and so in the end I will be keeping my hardtop with some cash to help for future repairs.

Really appreciate the help Greg
