Default A few questions for a potential owner

New to the site. Couple of quick questions:

Who is the biggest guy (or gal ) on here who owns an S2k? I'm 6'3 200 lbs, not huge, but I had a hard time getting in/out, the streering wheel was in my lap. The dealer wouldn't let me test drive but I can't imagine being able to drive the damn car.

As far as trackdays/HPDEs and convertibles...do you find most groups require a rollbar?

TIA

find another dealer!
the car will prob be tight for you with the top up-

even a little tight top down with the seat all the way back. you definitely should test drive one.

I'm 6' 200lbs, athletic build and for me the fit is just right.. 6' 3" might be a bit too tall, but that might depend on your leg/torso length ratio. Definitely take a test drive with the top up.

Yeah, I think s2ks were designed for drivers around 5'10". If you are over 6' and have long legs, s2k probably isn't right for you. I'm sure you'll still be able to drive the car, just not very comfortably. S2k also doesn't have tilt steering column... so get in/out for you can really be a pain too!
