And that all-motor build probably cost them $12-15k, while the FI solution would be $6-10k depending on quality of build.

ok, fi it is. im gonna buy an evo and was thinking that the s is a killer na car and i wasnt to sure about 2 boosted cars but dont wanna hold back my honda's potential. i dont track my car but i do see over 220km oftenand would like to see a little more pull up there.

Let me get this straight your buying an evo and an S2k? Should get an Sti instead of the evo; can't beat that lovely rumble!

Ok if u have alot of money to blow go NA if not go supercharger its the cheaper route of the 2 but still not cheap. But than u could keep the S stock and put that much more into the evo i would rather have a evo over a STI any day of the week way cheaper and easyer to work on. For $2k u can get well over 300awhp in a evo can't beat that at all.

yah, **** the sti. i respect it but would rather have an evo. top mount intercoolers are gay. fmic ftmfw. im not too worried about saving money by keeping my s stock to tune an evo, if i was then id only have one of the two. a stroked f20 sounds pretty sick but thats probably more unreliable than boost.
